- **Shipment within India**: The minimum product total for any order is ₹500 and shipping cost flat 80 INR.
- **Shipping Methods**: We utilize reliable shipping methods for both national and international deliveries. The estimated shipping time for standard items is typically 4 to 7 business days. Special order items may require additional processing time as indicated on the product information page.
- **Responsibility for Delays**: Om Rudraksha is not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
- **Customs and Taxes**: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or levies imposed by local authorities in their respective countries.
- **Processing Fees**: There are no additional processing fees for credit card purchases; however, please note that a 5% surcharge on credit card transactions is absorbed by us.
- **Alternate Shipping Addresses**: For orders exceeding $250 shipped to an alternate address, confirmation from your bank may be required to prevent fraud. In some cases, a fax of your credit card with your signature may be necessary. You will be notified via email if this information is needed.
**** Return Policy
- **Defective or Counterfeit Products**: We offer returns for products that are defective or counterfeit. If you receive a product that meets these criteria, please contact us to initiate the return process.
- **Return Shipping Costs**: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees associated with returning defective or counterfeit products.
